I am a firm believer in learning the craft of writing and putting in the time to get better everyday at what I do. So I was super excited when I discovered Goodriter, a new site aimed at providing great discounts on books, courses and author services. It’s like a BookBub, but for authors.
If you sign up to their newsletter before Dec 20 you can get a ton of resources and courses for FREE! It includes Joanna Penn’s ‘How to Make a Living with your Writing’, Book Launch by Chandler Bolt, Writing Habit Mastery by Steve Scott, Structuring your Novel by KM Weiland, Gotta Read It by Libbie Hawker and many more.
Definitely worth signing up to get your hands on these resources as most of these authors are very successful Author Entrepreneurs.
The only issue I have is that I am a bit of a course junkie!! I am in the habit of signing up to a whole load of courses and getting all the recommended books I need to be a good writer…but then they seem to languish on my laptop.
So I have now created a tracking sheet in excel and listed all the course/ books I have yet to read/ learn and will be tracking my progress against them.
What tracking tools do you use to help you complete courses/ books? What are your thoughts about Goodriter?
