So many of you are eagerly asking me when the book will be coming out and it’s helping me to push towards the finishing line.
This is also proof that publicly stating your goals helps you to achieve it (as you have a lot of people asking you ‘when’s the book coming out?!). Let’s just call it positive re-enforcement!
When you have been working on something for two years, the hardest part of any endeavour is to reach the finish line.
But there is an even harder part which people don’t tell you about.
It’s the moment just before the finish line.
That moment where you know, you are almost done, but there are still a few more steps to take. And it is those final steps that sometimes seem to take the most energy.
So I just wanted to say big thanks to all my supports and especially readers of the blog who are championing me towards the crossing line of getting this book out to market!
I’m still in the formatting stage. The book needs a few more edits and changes.
I need to check the text is correct and that the presentation is also following a set path.
Note I’m not making changes to the actual content. My focus is on ensuring the content is in the right place, any numbering is in the correct order, checking to see certain text is in the right bullet point format etc.
Below I share screenshots of the table of content for Escape The Cubicle. I’ve been meaning to do this for a while but had to wait for the book to be formatted correctly before I could share this. This part is usually the last part to be done.
You will notice there is an error where it says ‘chapter 17’.
I wanted to share this with you to show that all works are a work in progress and we have to have the energy and stamina to go back in and keep doing the work.
Rest assured this typo will be corrected in the final book!
